FBC Justin, a church with a multi-generational congregation, was seeking to meet the needs of the entire membership. Richmond Group was brought on to design an addition to the existing church that would house a children's wing, youth wing, senior adult classroom spaces, a new administration office, and most importantly a central gathering space where the entire congregation could fellowship outside the sanctuary.

Richmond Group focused on centralizing this new gathering space at the junction of the existing building and new addition, figuratively bridging the divide between young and old, and literally providing a desition for multiple generations to converse, fellowship, and enjoy each other's company.

Enclaves for each respective age group were created to give each group its own distinctive space, while providing the "bridge" concourse as the central access point to promote intergenerational interaction and fellowship.
